Anybody out there suffering the after effects from Child Abuse or Neglect?

I have so many physical problems which I have been told are directly related to my childhood. I ate moldy rotten food, I was beaten, I had all my ribs and sternum broken, I have a large dent in my skull that sticks out like a friggin shelf. I don’t remember what caused my skull to be crushed in but something did. I’ve had ALL my joints replaced….and on and on. I would love to go to a residential program to get help from my complex ptsd but they are all self pay now and I have no money. I live on disability. It sucks because the help that is out there is only available to the wealthy. It is really unfair. The two trauma units that took Medicare have been shut down so now there is no place for someone like me to go.
